Title: DWA-160 and DIR-855 CounterStrike:Souce and live messenger video chatting proble
Post by: heartready on April 11, 2009, 08:57:24 PM
I'm using DWA-160 plus DIR-855, and configured 300M connection base on the instruction. 855 has been update to the latest firmware. I'm using windows XP SP3, using windows to manage the wireless connection.
My problem is, when I play CS:S or have a video chatting using live messenger 9.0, every certain minutes, it's stucked, like paused, and then after maybe 3 or 4 seconds, it's keeping going on.
basic configuration of my dir-855 is:
WISH: enabled, default settings.
Firewall: Disabled. NATendpoint filtering: TCP & UDP are all set to Endpoint independent
QoS:Disabled.
I've tried disable all of them, and enabled all of them, but still got the problem. I don't know if I make myself clear enought.

I've tried using wired network, the problem is gone. so it should be the wireless problem.
