Title: DNS-321 repair

How to I go about getting a DNS 321 repaired or rebuilt.  No answer from the Dlink support site, I did email them, no wiring diagram available?

Saw "factory refurb" for sale, how do I get a factory refurb of my 2 units? ???

Since the DNS-321 was officially phased out earlier this year, I am doubtful that D-Link will provide aftermarket support involving repairs. For newer products, I believe D-Link refurbishes returned products (e.g. RMAs, defects from retailers) and resells them.  During my time on these boards, I haven't read of any circumstance where D-Link repaired a consumer product and returned it to the same consumer.
