Title: is it possible to stream via internet?

I´m using Dns-325 and have a dynamic dns configured (dyndns.org). I´m currently away from home and would like to watch som movies stored on my nas. how do I go about it? hopefully theres a way to stream from my nas so I dont have to download the files via "web file server"

On a mobile device You might try D-Link Cloud app, although my experience shows it might be better to download the file to local device before actually watching it. Part of the problem is that my media is all HD-quality.
On a computer I would simply map the network drive to my NAS at home. Sure, besides dyndns you need to make sure port-forwarding has been set up on your home router.

ok. forgot to mention that it´s on my pc that I would like watch movies. dyndns and port forwarding is working just fine. no problem accessing my nas over the internet via the web interface. mycloud also works flawless. it´s just the streaming of video that I don´t know how to go about. what players are recommended? vlc? how do I configure vlc to read from my nas?

Well, the NAS has only DLNA/UPnP streaming server built in. So you should look in that direction.
PS The only thing that comes to mind - I am not sure if DLNA/UPnP is a routable protocol. Might be that it will only work on local LAN segment.
Otherwise it only knows how to serve files, that's it.
But that's OK, if you only need to connect to your share ovei Internet and double-click your movie file.
