From Administrator program, I go into Configure automated receptionist settings. Click on configure button next to 'Welcome Greeting". I choose 'Audio Recorded from Phone', then click Record New button. After selecting the phone, I click Record button.
"Administrator cannot connect to phone, check the connection to the phone then try again."
Same error no matter which phone (4 currently connected) I choose. Other 'record over phone' options (such as business hours or location) have the same problem. The phone system itself works fine except this issue.
Running 01.14.19 firmware on the phones.
Running 1.0 SP2 on base unit.

This could be caused by a security software on the PC running the Response Point Admin program. Please try running the RP from a clean PC without any of the security software running on it. You can contact our dedicated support line on 1-888-404-6262 if you need further assistance.

Tryed again today and the problem has gone away for no reason. No changes were made to the system. Thanks anyway for your time and assistance.
