Title: How to develop a IP camera application? pls advice!

hi, I would like to just display the live video in my exsiting MS Windows application as my first development task. I have looked around and cound not find any SDKs for my DCS-6616 IP camera at beginning, then I find that I can use the  Network IP Camera Application Programming Interface (NIPCA).  but i am struggling with how to avoid input username and password when accessing the IP camera now.  Any example code?

Any help are appreciated!
