Title: Have multiple consoles and cant get open nat for all of them. Help needed!

I have two xbox 360's and two ps3's(my brother has his own set and I have my own). I can not figure out how to have two of them running at the same time with open nats, but if one is on then it has a open nat. Also, when I'am on my xbox and my brother on the ps3, his nat is open and mine is moderate. Any help will be greatly appreciated. By the way I have uPnP on and have firmware 2.10.
