Title: DFL-210 and VLAN how to
Post by: divisionmd on April 18, 2009, 07:04:22 AM
Hello,

I have three VLAN networks setupéd on the DFL-210.

How do i access each of these VLANŽns?

If i connect a cable to the swtich at the back of the computer i get the 192.168.1.1/24 network. But i want to connect to the VLAN networks how do i do this?

And how do i setup so for instance port 1 on the back side of the DFL is connected to the VLAN1 network ?

Best regards,
Johan

You will need a VLAN configurable device connected to the DFL in order to use VLANs.

Either manually set VIDs on your adapters (if supported) or use a managed switch.

The LAN ports on the DFL-210 are a built in unmanaged switch and are not VLAN configurable by themselves.
