Title: DCS -932L live video frozes when switching over to night mode.

DCS -932L live video froze when switching over to night mode and the connection is lost as long as it remains in night mode.Any body faces similar problem? 
I think my cam has serious hardware  problem. continuously i am facing some or other issues.
How is the service center response?.My cam is under warranty

First try upgrading your firmware to the latest version. If you are already running the latest firmware version, then reinstall the current firmware.

If the problem persists, then try the following steps:

• Save a configuration settings file so you can easily restore your user settings: DCS-9XX - Configuration Settings File (http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=48125.0)
  
• Perform a factory reset DCS-9XX - Factory Default Settings (http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=47707.0)
