Title: "FTP/HTTP Downloads" questions

Hi there,

 I bough my NAS dns-320 and so far so good. I even like its shape  ;D

I actually test the function 'FTP/HTTP Downloads'. I have 2 questions :

1 - its slow... normally with IDM i go up till 1.3mb/s and sometime even more... With the NAS :

2 - In my queue i have 5 downloads. 3 of them is downloading and 2 stop and unable to make them go.. Why?? There is a limit ???   ???

 You suppose to answer the customer who ask question or this forum is just for decoration??? ....  >:(

D-Link support might read this forum but most support given here is by us users.

Since we have no problems using FTP to download from our servers both on internal and external DNS-320 NAS I can't directly help you.

Assuming you are trying to download from outside your local network then I would suggest you look at your router settings.
