Title: Wifi 300mbps - Upload Faster than download
Post by: NunoRGP on November 25, 2012, 01:43:53 PM
Hi,

I have recently acquired a network connection of 100Mbps download and upload, and a dir 615 with dd-wrt.

I made all the connections and configurations , and everything seems to work fine it says it's connected at 300 mbps wifi, except it is not .
I tested the internet speed and got this :

80 mbps Upload
35 mbps Download

I know that connecting via wifi will loose bandwith, the problem ins't that, I just cant seem to find the cause for the download rate to be less than upload and not equal... , when connected to the cable I get a stable 100/100.

Tested with several computers all protocols g/b/n same problem, any ideas ?

You'll need to post this over on the WRT forum regarding this.
