Title: Suddenly very very very slow transwer ??

Hi !
everything was fine(UP:32MB/s DL:40MB/s) till today when transfer between PC and DNS325 is:

upload to Dlink : cca 15kb/s  ???  :o
download start at 1 MB/s, and rising to max 3 MB/s

-I try to reset, upload new FW, connect direct to my PC, disconnect one HDD .... and it is the same.
-there are no backup tasks engaged, and no other PC connected to Dlink
-connecting to user interface of DNS also is very slow, i must wait for  half a minute to load the page.
-SMART and scan disk is OK

What can be wrong ? Is there any thing that i can try more ?

To rule out the DNS-325, did you test the transfer rate between the DNS-325 and another client PC?
