Title: How to clear the cache of the router every now and again?

Every 2 minutes, I want to clear it, because some machines will be turned off.
Currently, they will stay on on the left hand side of my host's window explorer.
I want it to keep up-to-date of my Local Area network status.

There isnt any cache on routers. Only on PCs.
