Title: DNS-313 and Mountain Lion
Post by: mattywarr on December 01, 2012, 10:19:48 AM
Hi,

I picked up a DNS-313, and its working fine from Windows, but my main computer is a MacBook Pro running OSX Mountain Lion.

I have no write access to the drive at all.

After doing a lot of searching it seems to be related to the SMB protocols not being compatible.

Is there a fixed firmware which enables this? I'm running 2.01.

Thanks,
Matt

Can you enable AFP in Application Management?

Hi,

Thanks for your reply! Unfortunately I can't find anywhere which relates to enabling AFP in the web based control panel?

Any further ideas where I may find it?

Thanks,
Matt

Seems that this device does not claim to support AFP in the first place.
