Title: DSL-2750U and Huawei E392 or Huawei E398 dongle

Hi,

I have the three items mentioned in the topic but none of the two dongles are working on the DSL-2750U.

I purchased the DSL-2750 yesterday and checked the firmware, it is on Firmware Version: AF_1.65_R01 which I believe is the latest.

The status message says "NETWORK NOT REGISTERED" when trying them in the DSL-2750. Using them in a laptop works rather well though.

Please help me to find a driver so that I can connect my household to the internet. My ADSL link is down.

Its recommended that you phone contact DLink suppport, level 2 or higher.

Thank you, I just looked for the number and found that they provide support 7 days a week until 9PM here in South Africa. A call resulted in a request for an email which I sent. Let's see what happens.

They replied saying that the dongles in question are not supported yet. They do not know know when or even if they are going to be supported.

So then I got a Huawei E368 dongle which works well.
