DCS-932L Important Note when Upgrading from Firmware v1.03 and Earlier

Configuration Settings files saved using firmware v1.03 and earlier will not work after upgrading to firmware v1.04 and greater.

The mydlink site currently has version 1.04, while the link I provided on the first post of this thread has a newer version at an alternate D-Link location.

Ok i have understood but the name is 104b5 while the topic is about 105b5.
At the end even with the "wrong" name the link is for the new 105b5 firmaware?

Thanks for pointing out the error. The post is now updated with the proper link.

Since upgrading to 1.05, this happens;
Often half the image is flickering and shifting about 10 to 20% to the right for a few milliseconds when in night mode.
Anyone else have this? (http://sphotos-g.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-prn1/74698_545783585432567_1188284083_n.jpg)
Did not happen with previous FW 1.04.

I downgraded to FW 1.04 today, and the problem havent shown up yet.
-----EDIT-----
As soon as the camera went into night mode it started again.... help....

Did you ever experience this issue in night mode BEFORE upgrading to firmware v1.05 for the first time?

It wasnt there before. The reason I am so sure, is because i use motion detection and since the upgrade, that of course went haywire with the color-shift-problem...

On the other hand, I just posted about it in the other thread,
(http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=51769.0), this;

Just found this for others that might search the forums for solving similar problem;

Eset NOD32 can apparently cause color blocks....

JFYI

Sorry i made an extra thread, maybe the mods can combine them in some way?

Another user on that thread indicated that removing/disabling NOD32 did not fix the issue. We'll need more users chiming in to see if they can replicate the fix with other DCS-932Ls.  :-\

No worries. I can consolidate the posts later if there is an issue. Thanks for cleaning house  ;)
