Title: admin password, changed?
Post by: ecolomato on December 03, 2012, 02:19:46 PM
Hello,
Iīm using DNS-320 a few days ago with my own admin password (not blank). But today Iīve tried to loggin with that password and it deny access, even with blank password!
Shared folders on lan works fine. The problem is "only" for logging.

Help, please!

If you forgot your admin password, the only way to reset the account is to reset the DNS-320 to the factory default settings. This procedure will not impact your HDD configuration or data, but will delete all user settings (e.g. shared folders).
