When logging in to my dns 320 under any user account, the first attempt always fails and I get an error message stating wrong username or password. I am then returned to the login screen which retains the details already entered on my first attempt and I get logged in! This happens every time...Any ideas?

When you open the login window for the first time, check if there are any spaces saved in the username field. It's possible the browser saved/cached a space character in the username field as an erroneous credential, and you are then typing the username in front of the blank causing a validation error.
You should also try logging in using another browser on the same PC.

Thanks for the pointers, I managed to find the problem by using a different browser and it is the fact that my password is 18 characters (or so I had thought) long but the password box only accepts 17 characters. I had a setting for my default browser to remember passwords and so that is why I hadn't spotted this before although it is still strange that the second login attempt always worked.
Anyway, I set up another user ID with a shorter password and it logged in fine first time.

Thanks for following up. I wasn't aware of the password length constraint. ;)
