Title: Can I add a 3rd DIR-655 to extend my range ?
Post by: SJP on December 10, 2012, 01:09:55 PM
We own two houses next door to each other and I have the first 655 set up as WAP, wired to second in other house as a range extender.  Works perfectly. I would like to add a third 655 (wired to the second) to extend my range further.  Does anyone know if this will work ? Thx

Possible. Just would need to be on a different Channel.

You can link 50 routers to each other just have separate ip addresses.

Then you'd have to deal with all the limited channels? I presume using 50 in a close proximity would not be relistic.  ::) unless they had different frequencies.
