Title: DNS-320 cannot access telnet so I cannot install fun plug
Post by: vidaz on December 21, 2012, 03:32:47 AM
Hi;
I would like to install fun plug.

I have install new two disks to the device
I had reseted DNS -320 storage with Reset Button " on the rear of the DNS-320 for > 5 seconds.
I tried to connect via putty/telnet but it is not working.

Do you have any idea how can I access to device via telnet or what can / should I do?
Z

Telnet service is not available in the stock firmware which is where FFP (Fonz Fun-plug) come into play.

Installation of FFP is straight-forward, just need to copy the 2 files into Volume_1 and reboot NAS.
