Hello,
Actually i try to arrange all archives inside the NAS ( vdo photos etc.. ). What is the best way to do that?
For me as I connect all map all HDD in win8 so I move them by copy/paste in win explorer, but its very slow ( 10 - 12 Mb/s ).. I though ajaxexplorer would do that but its isnt really I expected ... :-\
ps : I have gigabyte lan ( 1.0 Gb/s ) notebook, router.

How are your disks setup in the NAS - RAID 0, RAID 1, JBOD etc.?
What are you actually trying to do, copy files theo your PC to the NAS or something else?
Without this information it is impossible to give any advise because we do not know what you are trying to do.

Why in the world do you copy the files over LAN and not inside NAS?
There's an app for that. In NAS GUI.

I hope 320 is not different from 325 in this department. But the app is called Web File server under Applications. Under Application Button on the top.
Don't let the name fool you.

NB! Skip to time 3:40 to see where WFS is in GUI. You will use the pop-up menu under right-click of the mouse to copy/move a file/folder from Volume_1 and paste it to Volume_2.

Thanks for your suggestions but I works better with "Local Backup" : it faster and it not about just files but folders and if u try to do with 'files server' the NAS compress all files + folder to a zip before send it :( ...
Ps : but a % progress bar is very welcome to see the progress...
