Hi,
Due to something that I have no idea what exactly is, I have no more access to my DNS-320 web-gui. I still can access the files in windows explorer, but I can't change any configuration due to have no access to web-gui. Tried to use the reset button in the back (holding for 5 sec), it reset all the settings do factory default, but I still have no access to web-gui.
I can change network settings using the original CD that comes with the NAS, but have no access to any other feature settings.
Note: I logged as admin, as you can see in the picture bellow.
My question is:
Is there any way to do a full reset in the NAS? I mean recover all the software to the original factory state, replace all eventually corrupted files in the system. (Not my personal data, those files I still can have access to)
Thanks in advance for any reply.
