Title: dns 325 on a new ethernet port

hi i put dns 325 on a new ethernet port and it will now work  can any 1 help ??

Can you be a bit more detailed and specific what is going on?
What is the DNS connected too? Modem or host router? Make and model of that device?

it a dns 325 sharecenter and it on a bt hub 3 it was in a gigabit port but a just put a 4 port spliter on to it and now it is not showing up in the router

Can you draw us a diagram of what the connections are?

ISP modem>host router>devices as an example?

If you remove the splitter does the DNS work again? What is the make and model of this splitter?

sorry iam new to this dns 325 it will not connect to any of the prots at the back off the router except the 1st port i installed it in
how can i get round this any 1 no i need to put a spliter on that port becuase it a gigabit port ,,

What is the make and model of this splitter and the router?

the router is a BT hub3 and it will now work in any of the other port ,,, but the 1 i installed it in
