Hello, I am new to the forums, so please excuse any mistakes.
I purchased a DSL-2750U and have it installed, all working ok. I live in a different city to where the router is installed at my workplace. When I connect remotely to the web interface, using HTTP, and DDNS to conenct, I get to the normal login screen. The problem is that there are 3 standard login accounts setup on the router, ADMIN, USER and SUPPORT. When I connect when in the office on the LAN, it lets me choose a login name, but when I connect over the Internet from a remote location, it only gives me the SUPPORT login account. This would not be a problem if I knew what the support password is by default, as I cannot change it without knowing the original password.
Does anyone know the default password for the SUPPORT login account or
Does anyone know why I cant get all 3 login accounts to appear i nthe drop down box when remotly connecting ?
PS. I dont have fixed IP addresses, so I never know where I am connecting from, so remote admin is setup as 0.0.0.0 for the IP addresses.
thanx
David

What browser are you using?
Try Opera or FF? If IE 8 or 9, set compatibility mode and test again.
You should phone contact DLink support for log in information regarding Support. That could be a hidden account that is only used by DLink. Check the user manual to see if there is any information regarding that or call your local DLink support office.

There is a mention at this link (http://goo.gl/pPD6jW) that support password for remote management is TelkomDlink12345. Might be different for your region.
