Can you go to any other web sites?

What FW version did you have before? What was the reason for updating FW? Was the web sites working before the update?
Has a Factory Reset been performed before and after the FW update?

What ISP Service do you have? Cable or DSL?
What ISP Modem do you have? Stand Alone or built in router?
What ISP Modem make and model do you have?

Is IPv6 enabled on your PC? Does your ISP support IPv6, if not, then IPv6 needs to be disabled on your PC.

D-Link tech support:

Step 1.  Open configuration page of router by going to 192.168.0.1 in your web browser.

Step 2 . Enter username as admin and leave password as blank >> enter.

Step 3. Click on Setup>>Internet>>>Manual Internet Connection Setup

Step 4. Reduce the MTU value gradually by the factor of 10 (eg if 1492 then reduce it to 1482 and so on till 1400)

Step 5. Click  on Save Settings

Should you require further assistance with your D-Link products, please reply to this message, or call toll free at  800-361-5265.

Interesting.

It's been reported that IPv6 has played a roll in this problem as well. Turning OFF IPv6 on the router or setting a Local Connection Only helps to resolve this problem.
