Title: Can not use internal backup function on the web portal, could someone help plz?
Post by: Uklzk on January 05, 2013, 06:12:01 PM
When I tried to use the internal back up fuction to back a folder from Volume_1 to Volume_2. No matter how I set it up, there is nothing happens after clicking the 'Save the changes' button. There is nothing shows in the pending list.

Could anyone help?

I have tried every possible settings on the page, the web page will reload after submit the 'Save the Change' button. But nothing will happen after the page refreshed.

Thanks in advance.

I used this function many times without problems.

For example:

If you click save settings, will be added this line and internal backup / copy start at specified time (of course it must be later than the current):

Hi petohl,

Thank you for your reply.

I did exactly the same as on your screenshot.

However, the pending list shows blank when I submit the request.

What browser are you using? Did you try using another browser?

Tried both IE and Chrome, which are the same. did not try others yet.

Does anyone experience the same problem?
