Title: Cant Access to DES-3028

I have a switch DES-3028 with factory settings. Until yesterday job well. Today I can not log in with the default IP (10.90.90.90) My PC is configured with the ip: 10.90.90.91/255.255.255.0
By cable console I can not enter. HyperTerminal is configured in the next way:

Power and Console Led's have a green light, and any port that put a cable (RJ45)

Any idea how I can access my switch back?
My switch is broken ???

default netmask is 255.0.0.0... it should be the same for PC and switch.

For serial console, settings should be:

baudrate: 9600
data bits: 8
stop bits: 1
parity: none
flow control: xon/xoff
