Hi,
When i use my Cam with the dlink Lite app the fps are very Low, its about 3 fps,
Is this normal?
Thx.
-
Log into the DCS-932L web UI and navigate to SETUP > Video > VIDEO PROFILE. What are your settings?
-
I try every Option like best quality end Even the worse nothing change!
Its still 3fps and the bps its about 700 kb.
Sorry for my english. :)

Try using the Speedtest App and running it before trying to use your Dlink Lite app. You can find the speedtest App by clicking here. (https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/speedtest.net-mobile-speed/id300704847?mt=8). What speeds do you get?
-
Ping is: 44 ms; download 5.52 mbits-; upload 0.52 mbits.
Is that Good?
-
Yea, thats pretty good. Seems like a bandwidth issue somewhere.
1. Run a speedtest on the network that your camera is found on. www.speedtest.net (http://www.speedtest.net)
2. Is the camera wired or wireless?
3. If wireless, try logging into your router and seeing how much wireless strength the camera is getting? I would need to know what kind of router you have to give specifics.

Ok i will Check. Bye the Way is ist possible to Plug a wlan Internet stick in the Camera (a Sick wich habe an Internet Connection Bye itselfs)
-
Ok in the store i have this Speed:
Ping: 42, Download 3.45, Upload 4.65. ???
-
You should be seeing much greater than 3 FPS. I'm using mydlink to view my DCS-932L on an Android and iPhone, and video is fluid.
-
I use firmware 1.03 Could that be the Problem?
-
And it dont make any difference when i put the Video setup to the minimum.
It Even make no difference if i watch from 3G or wifi net its allways 3fps.
-

Absolutely. Each new firmware update contains modifications to the mydlink agent which is responsible for communication between your DCS-932L and mydlink.
-
Updated to the newst firmware and nö improve.. Damn :(

This might not help, but did you try restarting your network? Rebooting camera and router? (and any switches that might be in the data pipeline)
-
Do the camera's upload to the cloud? Or does the cloud just make the interface easier? I ask because would it help if he tried connecting his phone wifi on the same network and see if that makes the difference? Maybe try someone elses phone?
Also, is the camera wired or wireless? I see it has the option for both.
And to answer your question about plugging a 3G USB into it, I don't think so.

mydlink simply provides a portal to start a direct-connection between mobile/remote clients. Once a client logs into mydlink, there is a direct pipe from the camera to the client.
-
Enter //CAMERA_IP_ADDRESS/mjpeg.cgi into a browser on a PC in your LAN.
This will provide a direct local video feed.
-
When i connect my phone to the Same Network it goes better about 14fps.
I dont make the setup for cloud or Motion detection yet.
-
And its Wireless
-
I already try to restart the Cam and the Network nothing change. I connect the Cam Wireless to See a change i also try to Plug the Camera direkt in the Router! Still 3fps!! Only when my phone is in the Same Network i have like 12-14fps.. Also when i use a PC wich is Not in the Network i have a got resault..
-
What is the regular fps Rate on smartphone?
-
Ok i make some Tests like changing Position of the Camera closer to the Router and a prey and a Lot of other stuff nothing change.. Then i put my 3G Card from my phone in my ipad and everything is Fine (20fps)!! So my Handy Seems to be the Problem!! I try my Girlsfriends iPhone an the Same damm 3fps!! Why?
