Title: MYSQL?
Post by: ryan117 on January 18, 2013, 05:37:19 AM
Does the DNS-320L have a MYSQL server running on it?  If so is it possible for me to access it?  If not, is it possible for me to install an accessible MYSQL server on it?

I have seen tutorials for the DNS-320, but not for the DNS-320L and all the DNS-320 tutorials are fairly old and I'm not sure if they would be applicable.

Yes, you can install MySQL on NAS. Actually you can do it very easily. First install ffp, when you have fun_plug installed, then with slacker tool you can install many packages for linux on ARM architecture (mysql 5.5 as well).
