I have noticed, that all directories/files on my NAS are 'touched'
every time it starts...
The 'timestamps' of all files are set on its own at those starts :(
(eg. my NAS wakes up every day at 7am and all files have such a date/time :(
Why? It is possible to switch OFF?
IMHO it is:
TERRIBLE BUG!
(I think is the same bug/problem as all USB files visible for everyone)

Do you have fun_plug installed on your DNS-320L? If so, can you do an "ls -l" and an "ls -lc" on some files? If you get the correct time on the first call and the boot time on the second, the fix I mentioned in http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=52237.msg196956#msg196956 (http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=52237.msg196956#msg196956) could also help you with your problem.

Do you have ARCHIVE flag set on for you network shares?

Oplock: SET
Map archive: NOT set
Recycle: not set

I can confirm that executing chmod on a file will change the modified time displayed in the web interface, so I think it's very well possible that my fix could also fix your problem.
