Title: cannot access or delete one folder on my DNS-321 - "Access is denied"

I have one folder on my DNS-321 that I cannot open from any computer on my network. I get this error:

<folder_name> is not accessible. Access is denied.

Is there any way to retrieve the folder? Or even delete it?
