I think it's called the 346, I was looking around online the other day and noticed its been released by DLink in Europe only, the difference is the new one has iSCSI which is major piss off as DLink should have made iSCSI available in the 345 to begin with.

For some reason I doubt they will be released in North America anytime soon!

The DNS-346 is not new. The first firmware releases for that product were posted in March 2010. As you mentioned, the product was not released in the U.S.
The exterior case for that model is the same as the recently phased-out DNS-343 and the web UI is also based on the same phased-out DNS-323/343 layout.
