Title: Version 1.3 should be called Version 2.0

If version 1.3 cannot be downgraded, it would have made sense to me to make it a version 2.0 to define that it is a major upgrade.

With this major upgrade will they continue to upgrade the 1.21 version or does D-link want everyone to upgrade to the 1.3 version when it is out of beta?  I know that some companies will run 2 different versions, obliviously not sure what the big change is with 1.3 that D-link is trying to accomplish, so they may not want that, but figured I would ask.
