On my blog (that I use as a reminder for some linux setups) I created tutorial how to map NFS share from NAS machine. I hope it will help somebody to map the NAS share on his/her linux machine using NFS service.

Resurrecting this thread for a simple question.

For some reason my 320L lost its NFS share and whatever I may do, the option never sticks. I've tried everything, including downgrading to 1.05, but still no luck, though it used to work fine up to two days ago (!). The only thing I'm doing different from the guide is that I don't tell the NAS box to have a static IP, *but* I *am* assigning it a static IP through the router.

Would that be a factor? Any ideas?

see if your hostname in the NAS WebUI  share details is correct.
Hostname = 192.168.2.0/24
