Title: Firmaware 1.30 Not saving the configuration

I can upload previous configuration files but i can't save virtual servers or do port forwarding.
I restart the router and it doesn't save them, but the programs under the the router work well.

Go back to factory defaults and manually configure your router. Loading a saved config can cause serious issues sometimes. Yours being the least of possible problems  :D

I'm becoming convinced that restoring settings caused the odd problem I had.
Maybe D-Link should remove that note from the Firmware Upgrade configuration page.
