Hi,

In my Ipad (I have Dlink+), I can only see 1 minute of the Cameria 942L...the faq says that I need a conection witn Upnp.
I have a Cisco EA2700 and I check the box of Upnp,,but I still cant see my camera from more than a minute,, then I have to reload.
Any ideas to help me.? More than welcome!

I have the same problem. My router supports upnp but still I have to reconnect after some time.

sometimes your ISP provider provides you a private IP address.

here's how to check:
go to router status page and see the IP address asigned by the ISP
go to www.portforward.com and your external IP should match with the router, if it doesn't match then maybe you have a private IP and will only see 1 minute of video..
