Title: Eliminate Voice Confirmation

Is there a way to set the system to skip the confirmation prompts?  For example:

1 Push RP Button
2 Wait for chime
3 say "Retrieve 1"
4 Wait for second chime
5 Wait for system to confirm and say "Retrieving Call 1" back to me
6 hear a tone
7 call connects

I would love to eliminate 4 and 5 or 5 and 6

Actually my users would.  I'm getting complaints that the waiting is slowing them down.

Those features are preconfigured and can not be changed.

I figured as much.  I'm trying to get the 'power users' to use the maunal short cuts. 

I'm amazed how much resitance I'm getting from some of the users on this new system. 
I think it's working beautifully and it's all I can do to not let the pessimists spread negative
emotion about the phone!

Reminds me of when the world went from 98 to xp.  Thank you for the reply
