and when they installed IP TV they installed DIR-300NRU rev.B7 (http://i.rozetka.ua/goods/7333/d_link_dir_300_nru_b7_7333002.jpg)
and when I went to 192.168.0.1 it was defferent menu from old dir-300,so I decided to update firmware and got it from here: http://ftp.dlink.ru/pub/Router/DIR-300_NRU/Firmware/B7/
when it finished upgrading, refreshed and got this: (http://s020.radikal.ru/i708/1303/3b/56fae1188983.jpg)  so I cant access router menu.what to do?

This router model is limited to your region I believe as it's not sold or used in other regions. I recommend that you phone contact your regional local DLink support office and inquired about this router and the configuration of it for your needs.

DLink does hand over some FW responsibilities to ISP services. ISP are sometimes sole responsible for the development and maintaining FW on certain models.

I recommend that if this is the case, either contact the ISP and have them help you with this router or get you a retail DLink router that is loaded with DLink OEM FW.

Most DLink routers have on board web pages. On these web pages also includes a setup wizard so you don't need the CD should it be lost or damaged.

I would try a factory reset and see if you can gain access to the routers web page again.
Turn off any 3rd party security programs while testing.
Ensure your PC is set up for automatic IP addressing. Do not use Statis IP addresses on the PC while testing.

I tried:
1.changed my PC ip address manually to 192.168.0.1,connected to old router, but cant access users interface.
2.changed my PC ip address manually to 192.168.0.2,connected to old router, but cant access users interface.
3.changed my PC ip address manually to 192.168.0.1 and 192.168.0.2 also added default gateway 192.168.0.250,connected to old router, but cant access users interface.

Happens with a different PC?
Swap LAN cables?

Factory reset the old router?

If after all this, old router could be bad.
