Title: Failure to recognize external hard drive

I'm using a DIR-827 and a 1 TB WD external HD.  Shareport fails to recognize the HD, but when I plug in a 500 MB Iomega, it shows up immediately.  I'm running all the updated software, so any help would be appreciated.

Ive been told that 500mb is that maximum supported drive size.
What version of SP are you using? Try v4?
