has anyone tired?

It's running and up to now everything looks good.
But it's to early ... after 4 hours.
Reset your router and update, then reconfigure it manualy.
Don't use settings file from old version.

Hi, I just upgraded it. and restore it from backup file. looks good. everything's fine. the wireless signal is better than before in my environment. my desktop using dwa-160, the signal bar is full now, which used to be 3 grids before.
Now I'll start to test 5G signal. will report here.
-
5G's signal is same as before, only 2 bars.

I think Lizzi is right. using old backup file may coz something weired. like mine ssid was set to invisible, after I restored from the file, ssid is visible, but if you go to the setting page, you'll see invisible is selected. so I restore to factory default, and manually setup everything again. we'll see.

The 1.20 Beta is also good. :)
I'm using the shareport utility of the DIR-655 and so far it works with Vista 32 and XP SP3 very stable with a printer and USB stick.
Router is still running without any problem, no need to cry for a downgrade ;D
Hopefully with one of the next firmwares you can give more TX power to the 5GHz card.
Otherwise it stays as not in house but in one room WLAN...

Hello,
Is this beta firmware multilanguage? I'm using the DIR 855 in France.
-
It's in English and is only for North America. Use at your own risk and the most important part.. You cannot downgrade.
