hi
i recently bought a DSL-2640U and it didn't even make trough the first night,in morning i woke up noticed only the power led is lit and manual restart is not working so i tried connecting to modem via LAN and trying to go to 192.168.1.1 it says that it should be upgraded and needs somekind of a image file and my problem is i can not find the right firmware anywhere i searched.so help guys tnx :D

Be advised that some ISP services provide FW updates to certain modems so DLink may not support FW updates as the requirement and responsibility is handed over to some ISPs. Phone contact DLink support and find out.
