I can not find my DNS320 on my network after a power cut.
I had tried to do factory reset using the reset button at the back. I can see the network cable led keep blinking, two harddisk LED are on. But the easy search utility can not find it on my network.
How can not check, is the box actually working, or is faulty already.
I had been using RAID 1 configuration with this box. If I buy a new one, how can i preserve my data in my drive?
Thanks

Try accessing via the default NAS IP address of 192.168.0.32. Do remember to set your computer/network to this subnet (ie. 192.168.0.0) as well.

thanks, tried to set my own ip to 192.168.0.77 ping 192.168.0.32, no response.

Call D-Link support or send for RMA if still under warranty.

I had a similar situation. Corrected as follows:
Turn off the power, remove the two drives, including power again. 10 minutes LED blinks green, then flashes disappeared and he just lit up in green. After pressing the reset button on the back panel, the LED blinked again about 1 minute and then the D-Link on the network. Again put two drives - everything works as before the failure.

thanks guys. it is out of warranty already, one more thing, when power on the power led is not light up. is this confirm not useful already?

TS, if you decided to buy new replacement set don't throw away the faulty unit, can consider passing it on to me. ;)

yuanfei, if the power light is not on check the power supply brick output with a multimeter to see if it is giving 12v. If it isn't then you will have to change that.
