Post by: fasdomingo on April 01, 2013, 09:44:05 AM
Hi currently have 2x2tb HDD in Raid 1 setup, and was able to use MYDLINK portal via web browser while i'm on the go. unfortunately my account was hacked and decided to remove device on my MYDLINK portal instead and just to use DDNS. after which successful removal when I logged in to my NAS admin page  to apply for the DDNS account.. my Raid setting is gone and volume_1 is also gone. How would I be able to retrieve it as I am on my 70% usage of data and its very important files.

There was a post here (i can't find) saying that when going through the wizard for DDNS/MyDLINK one of the steps is to format the disk(s). If I recall correctly, this step could not be skipped, which is dumb. I think someone suggested it to be fixed in the next firmware.
