Title: this device cannot connect to internet!

I've got my camera working in the web interface, but when I use the setup wizard to try and add my camera to the cloud I get the message "this device cannot connect to internet!" even if it is already on the internet. It says so on the configured and the not configured one. Can I get my camera on the cloud without using this wizard? I am doing this on a mac, cause I cannot download the windows software from the d'link webpage (another problem) and on the old windows-software that came on the CD it cannot find the device at all (yet another problem)... seems to be one of those days, no matter what I try.. please, can anyone help?

Did you solve this please? exact same issue as me and also I'm on a Mac as well

So you have access to a Windows machine?  You can download the latest version of the Wizard software here:

No I don't at mo. I used the Mac one form the website on the UK (where I am) page and it says mydlink Setup Utility v1.0.06_07272011 so this omen look even newer than one you posted?

thanks, it was bought and sold in UK, its a UK device and I'm in UK. I'm busy running your link for setup on Mac, and is different to one on DLink UK DCS932L website page, so far so good...

Post back. I don't know if the mydlink registration in the US site EXE is different from the UK version.  Keep us posted!  ;)

that link to the Mac setup utility worked! thanks a lot, its got it on the network, and registered it to mycloud devices  ;D

So why oh why do DLink post a no good setup, when users post ones that work?? I'm sure I had this the last time bought one, the download page didn't work, yet users ones do!!

Can you please provide the url to the site with the broken link and the name of the file that's broken? Does the link not work at all or is the file corrupt?

No the link works, it downloaded and ran fine, it just got the error above I mentioned on setup run. Its the UK page for DCS932L
