Title: dir-615 and repeater
Post by: peffen888 on April 08, 2013, 10:41:57 AM
Hello,

i am changing my provider and they offer a free wlan router dir-615. currently i have another wlan router here and a repeater connected to the router via WDS.

does the dir-615 support such a configuration?

if not what other wlan router can be used? the technician mentioned they also have those three devices: dir-300, dir-600 and dir-655

merci,
peffen

Bridge Mode vs Relay vs Acess Point (AP) / Routers vs Dedicated Access Points (AP) (http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=50738.0)

very sad but thanks for providing the details. i guess i need to buy a new one then.

PS: well depending on the actual device and revision i might be able to use dd-wrt.
