I am using Thomson ST536v6 modem to surfnet. Now I would like to change to d link DSL G604 ADSL wireless router. I plug in the DSL phone cable to wall plug and DSL G604 ADSL port. Use another Ethernet cable plug on to DSL G604 Lan port and my laptop. Go web browser run wizard, save and reboot. The network & sharing center shown no internet access. I can't access internet from my laptop but I've G604_wireless from my mobile wifi list. It shown signal excellent when connected but when surf, it shown no connection, try again. What's went wrong? Thanks.

Power off the DSL Modem and all devices. Power ON the modem and let it sync and connect to the DSL service. Then turn ON the Devices and then try to connect to the WiFi. Check the wired LAN connections first with a PC, then check the wireless. You can change the wireless SSID name from the default one to something else. Can be anything and something fun.
