Title: Cannot Enable mydlink Services
Post by: brenakie on April 20, 2013, 01:32:06 PM
Hi,

I've install several of these and now I'm at a loss....

I Cannot Enable mydlink Services...

Firmware Version 1.06 (2012-12-21)
mydlink setup wizard (v 1.02.10 (all) )

(1)
Using mydlink setup wizard (v 1.02.10 (all) )
I get to the last step #3 ENABLE
I check off Yes, I already have a mydlink account
enter my credentials
It says "signing in to mydlink account..."
then comes back "Timeout, please retry"

I'll go back to Step #1 Connect
Do a RESCAN and now the camera is not listed.

I'll exit then restart mydlink setup wizard (v 1.02.10 (all) )
And camera is not listed

(2)
I'll physically RESET the camera

Then using Internet Camera Setup Wizard SE Version: 1.0.0.1031

I'll search and it finds the camera
INFO from search results:

Mac: f0.7d.68.08.5c.3a
Current IP: 192.168.0.20 (My network is 192.168.1.X not 0)
Device name: DCS-932L

(3)
I exit and run mydlink setup wizard (v 1.02.10 (all) )
Now get the IP 192.168.1.21

(4)
I can connect to the web cam via IP 192.168.1.21 and log in and update the info but my issue is with the cloud.

Has anyone else had issues trying to enable their mydlink service?

Any help is appreciate

I have the following problem..  On a mac.  Using mac setup wizard.  Get to the enable mydlink services page in the wizard.  Enter existing account info, and click next..  It then does nothing.  Still says next, wont go off screen.  Please help!!!
