When I enable the MyCloud application, the browser window displays the Internal Server error page. I have tried reinstalling firmware v1.03 and I still have the same problem.
I also tried reinstalling the add-on from the separate add-on installers, but I get the same results. I emailed Dlink about it (about a month ago) but I never heard back from them. >:(
Is there anything else I can try doing? ???

I tried contacting support and got no response...
anyone? :-[
It looks like this model has been discontinued.
Lesson learned.... don't buy dlink products ever again >:(

I have the same problem with my DNS 325. This feature is just not working :-(

From my experiencie the application works randomly. Sometimes works and sometimes not...... of course without changing anything else....
Firmware problem can fix this in the future?
