When I aksed about how to transmit sound to the camera as it does have a speaker, I received this answer:
you can only activate microphone by entering camera's web interface (default address when camera is connected to the PC directly and static IP is set on the network card is 192.168.0.20). Please find screenshot attached. You can only here the sound from the PC's microphone which has connection with the camera
Isnt that ridiculous?:-D

"PC's microphone" - should be PC's Speaker or PC's Sound Card with connected speaker system attached? ???
-
Si, yo compre este modelo exclusivamente por la función de altavoz,
pero de esta forma me parece totalmente inutil.
Estoy totalmente defraudado.
Espero si alguien nos puede ayudar en el tema.
Gracias.

Please post in English Trucho, Thank you.
Translated:
If I buy this model exclusively for the speakerphone feature,
but this way I find totally useless.
I am thoroughly disappointed.
I hope someone can help us in this issue.
Thank you.

No, it isn't ridiculous.
You have to go in through the firmware.
They are assuming you have directly connected to the camera, and it isn't on your network (which should work also through the firmware).
Turn on the microphone feature through the firmware and talk through the microphone on your PC.

There is new (at least I have not seen it before) microphone button after installing new FW 1.01 visible in the MyDlink interface.
Not working much.

As for the microphone button in setup interface, it is not there.

PS: Turn on the microphone feature through the firmware and talk through the microphone on your PC - yes who would think of that right.... ???

Hi gtomig,
Where did you find this new FW 1.01? I've checked most of the D-Link download sites and not found anything newer than the original 1.00.06 version.

Maybe you were trying from your PHONE or TABLET to speak through those microphones. You haven't thought of that obviously.

I happened to come across newer firmware when I logged in to the mydlink site and associated my cam.

Hello good evening,
If anyone can tell us where we can download the previous version 1.01., For DCS 2132L, is the grateful, because in 1.00.06 seems that does not work properly or not at the option of the micro.
Also in the new update for androit Mydelik, not out micro option.
Please any help or advice.
thanks
