Title: Help for the DSM-320?

Just wondering where I could get some forum help for the DSM-320. I purchased it recently and can't seem to get it to recognize the media server that is running on my Dell C521 which is running vista. I have only one router that they're both connected to, yet when I try to scan for media servers on the DSM-320 it always says it can't find any servers. Anyone know of ways to make this work? Or know where specifically I can go to get this help?

If you are running any anti-virus or personal firewall software please try disabling it and try again. If this fails to work please look into to verify you anti-virus software if properly configured for such a device on your network to allow access to your PC.
