October 2014: D-Link Canada and EU regions have released a new Rev B model of the DIR-868L.
I'll try and get information on spec differences however most of that is confidential and can't be posted. We can only presume it maybe the same or very similar.

By looking at User Manual (ftp://ftp.dlink.eu/Products/dir/dir-868l/documentation/DIR-868L_B1_Manual_v2-01_EU.pdf) for the Rev B, I see the router UI has changed and is the same as the DIR-880L seen here:

There is no Rev B model for the U.S.A region as of yet.
